Project & Process
How long does a typical project take?
Websites typically take 1-4 weeks depending on complexity. Web and mobile apps vary widely based on features—anywhere from 4 weeks to several months. We provide timeline estimates after our initial conversation.
Do I own the code when we're done?
With our Build & Go model, absolutely—you own everything. With Software Licensing, you get usage rights while we handle hosting and maintenance. We'll discuss which model makes sense for your situation.
What if I need changes after launch?
That's what our maintenance and retainer options are for. Whether you need occasional updates or ongoing development, we have flexible options to support you long-term.
What technologies do you use?
We choose technologies based on your specific needs. For websites, we often use Next.js or WordPress. For apps, React Native, Flutter, or native development. We'll recommend what makes sense for your project.
Pricing & Payments
What's your pricing model?
We offer three hosting plans: Starter ($40/mo with build payoff, 0 dev hours, 72hr email support), Growth ($150/mo or $1,500/yr, 4 dev hours, 1 business day response), and Pro ($500/mo or $5,000/yr, 15 dev hours, same-day support). Annual billing saves you 2 months. For custom development, we provide detailed estimates based on your requirements.
How does Build Payoff work?
With our Starter plan, $20 of your monthly payment goes toward hosting, and $20 pays down your site's build cost. Once paid off, your rate drops to $20/month forever. It's a great way to get a professional website without a large upfront investment.
How do payments work?
All plans are monthly subscriptions billed automatically. For the Starter build payoff plan, your site cost is spread across monthly payments. Growth and Pro plans are flat monthly rates with no additional build costs.
What are developer credits?
Growth and Pro plans include monthly developer hours (4 for Growth, 15 for Pro) that you can use for updates, fixes, or new features. Starter includes free setup assistance but no monthly dev hours. Need more? Additional hours are available at $75/hour. Credits reset each billing cycle.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Absolutely. We frequently integrate with existing tools, databases, and third-party services. During discovery, we'll assess your current systems and recommend the best approach.

How long is the consultation?
30 minutes. Enough time to understand your needs and give you actionable insights.
Is there any obligation?
None at all. This is a genuine conversation to see if we can help. No pressure, no sales pitch.

Can I choose Zoom or phone?
Yes! When you book, you can select either a video call via Zoom or a regular phone call.
